What kinds of packaging do I have to enter at LUCID?

All of the packaging that is ultimately disposed of as waste by private households must be reported to LUCID and licensed with a dual system.
This requirement covers all sales packaging:
Mail-order packaging, incl. filling and padding materials
Product packaging
Service packaging
In the course of the amendment, all packaging that is not subject to system participation must also be declared in LUCID from 1 July 2022. This includes transport packaging and reusable packaging. A licence does not have to be concluded for this packaging that is not subject to system participation. However, the fact that they are put into circulation must be recorded in LUCID.
