Click DOCUMENTS in the left-hand menu. If you now click the Annual verification document tab page, you have the option of downloading a PDF file of your annual record for the previous year as a certificate of packaging licensing.
Important: the annual verification document will only be available once you have submitted your end-of-year volume report for the previous year.
