Can I still change my volumes for the previous year?

You can adjust your volumes for last year when you submit your end-of-year volume report by 15 May in the current year.
Important: The end-of-year volume report is used by distributors to state the actual volumes that they placed on the market in the previous year, and must be submitted to both your dual system and LUCID by the 15 May deadline.

To make a change, proceed as follows:
In your Lizenzero customer account
First, make sure you are logged into your Lizenzero account: https://www.lizenzero.de/en/account/.
Click VOLUME REPORTING in the left-hand menu and then click End-of-year volume report.
Here, check the volumes you last reported for the previous year.
Adjust the volumes as required.
Once done, click Save change and then complete the next steps to confirm your order.

In your LUCID account
First, make sure you are logged into your LUCID account:https://lucid.verpackungsregister.org/.
On your LUCID dashboard, go to Data report and click Edit.
Click Start under end-of-year volume report.
Here, check the volumes you last reported for the previous year.
Adjust the volumes as required, making the same changes as for the volumes you reported to Lizenzero.
Then click Review.
Review the input you have just made and confirm these details by clicking Save.
You are taken back to your LUCID dashboard. Your report is now complete.
