- First, make sure you are logged into your Lizenzero account: https://www.lizenzero.de/en/account/.
- Click CUSTOMER DATA in the left-hand menu and then click Master data of your company.
- Mark the box for "I hereby confirm that..."
- Enter your new address and then click SAVE to confirm the change.
- Important: Adjust the account data the same way in the central agency LUCID as well
